Loose Ends

Hi Everyone! My last day of school for the semester is today. I am having trouble realizing how quickly June 14th will be here. I always told myself that as soon as the semester is over, the next month will fly by... turns out that I was right. As my departure date draws nearer, my stress level seems to grow higher! There are so many things to figure out before I leave that it is getting crazy! Thanks to facebook, I have been meeting some pretty neat people who I will be sailing with this summer. Some things on my itinerary include: snorkeling around the islands of croatia, climbing Mt. Vesuvius, visiting an orphanage in Dubrovnik, ziplining and rope-bridging in Morocco... and much more! It doesn't seem real yet, but that's ok. I am looking forward to the adventure that God has in store for me! I will be taking three classes while on the ship: Race class and gender, theatre arts, and Global Studies. The time that I have left here before I leave is so precious to me. I can't wait to hang out with my family and friends. Thanks for all of your support through this and I will be updating you on my trip soon! Much love...
